What's the difference between Network Raise and Growth Capital?
Network Raise ($15,000) fits raises up to $1M from your own accredited-investor network under 506(b) or 506(c). Growth Capital ($20,000) fits revenue-stage companies raising up to $10M with a broader offering package.
When do I need the Reg CF Package instead?
If your raise includes non-accredited investors, Reg CF ($25,000) is the right package. It prepares your offering for a public crowdfunding launch in about 6 weeks, with 90 days of launch support.
Can I add a private placement memorandum or extend to Reg CF later?
Yes. A private placement memorandum add-on is $5,000 for Network Raise or Growth Capital clients. Network Raise clients moving to Reg CF can add the Reg CF Extension for $15,000.
What does the 90 days of launch support include?
Once your materials are ready, you get Slack access to Joel Arberman with a two-business-day response time, plus scheduled 45-minute working sessions. Every package also includes a rehearsal: a mock investor meeting before the real ones. Additional sessions can be added with a $1,500 support block.
What if my company is based outside the US?
Non-US companies raising from US investors can work with us for an international premium of $10,000 added to the relevant package.
