What happens when I book the Readiness Assessment?
We'll review your business and raise plans, then deliver a report within 5 business days on where you stand and which of our four packages fits your raise. The $1,500 fee is credited toward any package you choose.
Do you take a percentage of what I raise?
Never. Every package is a fixed fee, with no success fees, equity, warrants, or percentage of your raise.
Which package will I need?
It depends on your raise size and investor type: Network Raise (up to $1.5M from your network), Growth Capital ($1M-$10M revenue-stage raises), or Reg CF (raises including non-accredited investors). Your Readiness Assessment will confirm the right fit.
Do you introduce me to investors?
No. We prepare you to raise, but we never introduce or contact investors on your behalf. You own your investor relationships from start to finish.
What support do I get after my materials are ready?
Every package includes 60 to 90 days of launch support, with Slack access to Joel Arberman and a two-business-day response time, plus scheduled 45-minute working sessions.
How long does the process take?
The Readiness Assessment takes 5 business days. Full packages typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the package, followed by 60 to 90 days of launch support.
